Edsby receives second EdTech Award

Edsby has been named winner of the 2018 EdTech Awards Parent/Student Solution category.

Now in its 8th year, the U.S.-based EdTech Awards program is one of the largest and most competitive recognition programs in education technology, recognizing the biggest names in edtech – and those who soon will be, according to parent publisher EdTech Digest.

The EdTech Awards were established in 2010 to recognize, acknowledge, and celebrate the most exceptional innovators, leaders, and trendsetters in education technology.

“On any device, Edsby engages students, parents, teachers. It’s powerful, up-to-date, focuses on effectiveness and is specifically designed for K-12 district needs. It comes from a highly knowledgeable team that has put its experience to great use,” said EdTech Digest Editor-in-Chief Victor Rivero.

In 2015, Edsby won the Learning Management System EdTech Award.

Featuring edtech’s best and brightest, the annual program shines a spotlight on cool tools, inspiring leaders and innovative trendsetters across the K-12, Higher Education, and Skills and Workforce sectors.

In addition to winning the Parent/Student Solution category, Edsby was a finalist in the 2018 Learning Management System and Class Management Solution categories. Finalists were selected from thousands of entries, according to organizers.

This year’s finalists and winners were judged based on various criteria, including pedagogical workability, efficacy and results, support, clarity, value and potential, according to the publication, according to the publication.
