Right from your home screen, you can jump right to any Edsby class. The Edsby class is the heart of how Edsby helps you at school.
Edsby helps you be a part of the conversation
Each Edsby class is centered around the conversation that is taking place in that class. As your teacher posts notes, assignments and homework they will automatically be shown in the conversation. If you have a question, just add it to the conversation. It’s like a wall for every class you take.
Edsby manages timetables and assignments
Every Edsby class has a calendar built right in. Edsby shows all of the events coming up in that class, as well as indicating the timetable and room assignments. As the teacher creates assignments and tests, Edsby automatically puts them in the class calendar and also automatically puts them on the calendar on your home screen. Just another way Edsby is working to help you.
Edsby stores important files for you
When your teacher uploads files and videos in a class, Edsby automatically places them in the class library for easy access. So the next time it’s the night before the exam, and you are getting hassled by your parents, and you need to find the study guide you lost, it’ll be Edsby to the rescue.
Edsby puts important stuff right up top
If there are items that are important to the class, Edsby puts them in the Pinned Items area every time you enter the class. No more searching in your backpack!
Edsby shows you the course plan
Every Edsby class has a course plan showing the units and lessons you’ll be taking. At a glance, you can see which unit is currently being taught and which units have been completed. Plus, your teacher can place web links, study guides and even videos in the course plan, so help is close at hand. Way to go, Edsby!
